Sailero.com is solely a platform that connects ‘travellers’ with ‘boat owners’, these include private boat owners, charter companies, fleet operators or brokers.
Sailero only acts as an intermediary: all contracts, payments and liability are the direct responsibility of the traveller and boat owner. Sailero is not responsible for the actions or legal status of the boat owners.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Sailero and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Spain for the resolution of any disputes.
Cancellation Policy
Charters are only cancelled in the case that it is unsafe to sail (extreme meteorological conditions). In this case we will try our upmost to reschedule for another date. If this is not possible then a full refund will be provided. Final decision for cancellation rests with the charter captain. Cancellation for any other reason is non-refundable.
Legal Disclaimer: Sailero acts only as Agent for the Charter Operator in arranging for the Legal Agreement (“Charter-party”) between the Charter Operator and the Charterer. Sailero neither owns nor controls the Charter Operator. All payments due under the Charter-party must be made directly to or in favour of the Charter Operator and the Charterer is directly responsible to the Charter Operator to adhere to and perform all the terms and conditions expressed in or implied by the Charter-party. The Charter Operator alone is responsible to the Charterer for all liabilities arising out of the Charter Operator’s failure to provide all the facilities to, or to adhere to all the obligations in favour of the Charterer as provided by or specified in the Charter-party. Furthermore, Sailero is not responsible for the truth or accuracy of any information, representation or warranty, expressed or implied, provided by or on behalf of the Charter Operator.
